5. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance, business verification, product availability, and jurisdictional compliance.

6. Pricing, Payments & Bank Transfer Terms

  • All prices are listed in GBP (Β£) and exclude VAT where applicable for export orders; domestic UK orders may be subject to VAT

  • Professional Packaging: All orders ship in export-grade packaging with clear labeling for customs inspection
  • Shipping Labels: Contain your business name, delivery address, and commercial reference numberβ€”no sensitive financial data appears
  • Delivery Times: UK: 1-3 business days; EU: 3-7 business days; International: 7-21 business days (estimates only, subject to customs)
  • Business Verification at Delivery: Authorized representative ID may be required; packages cannot be left unattended
  • Restricted Locations: We cannot ship to PO boxes or locations where business verification cannot be completed
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees; MNSWHOLESALE is not liable for customs delays or seizures

MNSWHOLESALE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (NEXSHIPA), weather, customs processing, or failed business verification attempts.

8. Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee

Due to international health, safety, and regulatory requirements for food products, returns are limited.

  • Opened Products: Cannot be returned under any circumstances due to global health regulations
  • Unopened Products: May be eligible for return within 7 days if sealed, in original packaging, and with a verified quality issue
  • Quality Guarantee: If your product does not meet specifications or shows signs of quality issues, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details for replacement or refund
  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund
  • Bank Refunds: Processed via BACS/CHAPS/International Wire to the original sending account within 3-5 business days of approval
